Osaka Division
We sell steel sheet mostly to major electrical appliance, automobile, steel furniture, structural material and container-related manufacturers and dealers as well as coil centers. We also sell stainless steel, wire rods, plates and steel pipe as well as bearing steel and structural steel to the automotive and other industries.
We also liaise between manufacturers and major users based on SCM, and strive to optimize the process from supply of materials to sales.
Promoting the efficient management of the Benichu Coil Center
Benichu Coil Center Inc. was established in January 2004 through the integration of Toyo Tekko Co., Ltd. from the Marubeni Group and Shiga Coil Center Co., Ltd. from the Itochu Group. Following this integration, the monthly processing volume reached 20,000MT, with employees totaling about 120. They have worked to meet all kinds of user needs by running a dual-site system that comprises of the Osaka Plant and the Shiga Plant.
The new plant that was added in Shiga established a specialized plant administration method for pre-coated steel, high-grade coated steel and surface-treated steel as a dedicated no-oil steel sheet plant, which led to ISO 9001: 2000 certification and customer trust.

This Division set up a quality management system for the departments referred to below, and we are striving to provide products and services of a high quality that satisfy our customers' expectations.
