In addition to supplying steel sheets to domestic manufacturers, processing centers and dealers of electrical appliances, steel furniture and containers, we export steel sheets and bars all over the world. Our integrated system enables us to offer detailed services by conducting business activities domestically and overseas, including the United States, Europe and the rest of Asia. Our marketing capability, coupled with the high-value-added information and services we provide to steel manufacturers and customers, is one of our strengths.
Steel sheet processing coil centers established in the United States and Europe
 In response to increased demand for flat-screen TVs in the United States and Europe, which stems from the explosion in demand for flatscreen TVs worldwide, we have established a company in San Diego, on the West Coast of the United States, to process steel for use in flatscreen TVs (high-grade colored steel for use as rear covers, etc.) and will establish another one in Saxony, Germany, in 2008. Steel plates were previously cut in Japan and then delivered to each location. However, they can now be cut during the processing stages locally, and this has enabled us to provide both efficient and stable services. To meet the high-quality standards of electronics manufacturers, we have established a partnership with the largest Japanese processor of colored steel plates for flat-screen TVs for he coil center in San Diego, and we have done the same for the coil center in Saxony, establishing a partnership with an Italian steel processing company in which Arcelor Mittal, world's largest steel manufacturer, invests. The coil center in Saxony is our first steel processing center in Europe and, as such, is expected to enable us to further enhance our services.
